HOW DO I KNOW IF MY RX REFILL HAS BEEN PROCESSED?
CERBO EHR does not send confirmations for form submissions. To view a copy of all form submissions, please check the "LABS AND DOCUMENTS" tab. For prescription refills, you can see that a refill request was submitted by you and the date. When the order is processed, you can see under "MY MEDICATIONS" that it has been Rxed to the pharmacy and the date. PLEASE ALLOW 7-10 DAYS FOR THE PROCESSING AND SHIPPING OF ALL REFILL REQUESTS.
